ERROR_INSTALL_SOURCE_ABSENT - SMB Zugriffsproblem?

Beitrag von yafnag »

Hallo

The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

acl allow execute always = true

[opsi_depot]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi depot share (ro)
   path = /var/lib/opsi/depot
   follow symlinks = yes
   writeable = no
   invalid users = root
   acl allow execute always = true

[opsi_depot_rw]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi depot share (rw)
   path = /var/lib/opsi/depot
   follow symlinks = yes
   writeable = yes
   invalid users = root
   create mask = 0660
   directory mask = 0770
   acl allow execute always = true

Here you are:

Code: Alles auswählen

#
# Sample configuration file for the Samba suite for Debian GNU/Linux.
#
#
# This is the main Samba configuration file. You should read the
# smb.conf(5) manual page in order to understand the options listed
# here. Samba has a huge number of configurable options most of which
# are not shown in this example
#
# Some options that are often worth tuning have been included as
# commented-out examples in this file.
# - When such options are commented with ";", the proposed setting
# differs from the default Samba behaviour
# - When commented with "#", the proposed setting is the default
# behaviour of Samba but the option is considered important
# enough to be mentioned here
#
# NOTE: Whenever you modify this file you should run the command
# "testparm" to check that you have not made any basic syntactic
# errors.

*snip*

smb.conf has been created by the quick-install-script.
You have some weird settings in there, if you have a standard setup.

For instance "obey pam restrictions = yes" is not the default setting.
When Samba is configured to enable PAM support (i.e., --with-pam), this parameter will control whether or not Samba should obey PAM's account and session management directives. The default behavior is to use PAM for clear-text authentication only and to ignore any account or session management. Samba always ignores PAM for authentication in the case of encrypt passwords = yes. The reason is that PAM modules cannot support the challenge/response authentication mechanism needed in the presence of SMB password encryption.

Default: obey pam restrictions = no
If you have no particular need to set this to yes, I would recommend to dump this entire section.
You will then probably need to follow the documentation to recreate the pcpatch user and password for samba.

I think your issue is that the install script edited the default samba configuration you had available.

Try this:

Code: Alles auswählen

[global]
   workgroup = WORKGROUP
   security = user

   passdb backend = tdbsam

   printing = bsd
   printcap name = /dev/null
   load printers = no
   disable spoolss = yes

   preferred master = no
   local master = no
   domain master = no

[opsi_depot]

   follow symlinks = yes
   writeable = yes
   invalid users = root
   create mask = 0660
   directory mask = 0770
   acl allow execute always = true

[opsi_images]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi ntfs images share (rw)
   path = /var/lib/opsi/ntfs-images
   writeable = yes
   invalid users = root
   create mask = 0660
   directory mask = 0770

[opsi_workbench]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi workbench
   path = /var/lib/opsi/workbench
   writeable = yes
   invalid users = root pcpatch
   create mask = 0660
   directory mask = 0770
   acl allow execute always = true

[opsi_repository]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi repository share (ro)
   path = /var/lib/opsi/repository
   follow symlinks = yes
   writeable = no
   invalid users = root pcpatch

[opsi_logs]
   available = yes
   comment = opsi logs share (ro)
   path = /var/log/opsi
   follow symlinks = yes
   writeable = no
   invalid users = root pcpatch

"security = user" Sets samba to use the simplest setup, with its own user database.
"passdb backend = tdbsam" The user/password database to use.

"printing = bsd" This and the four following lines are to completely disable printing.

"preferred master = no" And the three following lines are to stop the opsi server from fighting with my file server.

So in essence, the global section only contains three lines for the simplest working solution.
