Hallo liebe Opsi-Gemeinde

ich habe mir zu Evaluierungszwecken eine Freischaltdatei für das UEFI Modul schicken lassen. Habe laut der Anleitung von Opsi meinen DHCP Server konfiguriert, leider hängt sich der Client beim laden der EFI-Dateien immer auf. Er schafft es die elilo.efi zu laden, lädt sich dann aber leider Tod. Im TFTP-Log steht, dass er irgendwelche Dateien nicht finden kann, was korrekt ist, da es diese Dateien wirklich nicht gibt. Wisst ihr, ob das so korrekt ist oder müssen die Dateien vorhanden sein? Ein opsi-setup --set-rights habe ich bereits ausgeführt.
Opsi läuft bei mir unter CentOS 7.3, SELinux ist halb deaktiviert (permissive).
Opsi ist aktuell sowie auch die Opsi Produkte.

Der Client ist ein Dell Latitude E5570. Dieser bootet über IPv4 pxe, auf dem Display steht "ELILO BOOT: .........." und jede Sekunde kommt ein Punkt hinzu, weiter passiert leider nix.

Habt ihr eine Idee, wie ich den Fehler beheben kann?

ja habe ich. Habe es auch schon mit verschiedenen Netbootprodukten probiert. Leider immer dasselbe Verhalten.

Konnte den Fehler finden. Die vorher fehlgeschlagenen Netbootprodukte hatten als Reportstatus "pxe configuration read()". Habe diesen Status auf "none" gesetzt, gespeichert und jetzt funktionierts, verrückt

Hi,

trotzdem kurz zur Erklärung. Wenn man die windows netboot-Pakete auf setup setzt, bleiben diese auf setup stehen auch wenn die Pipe gelesen wurde. Die Statusänderung wird später vom opsi-client-agent durchgeführt. Das ist bewusst so implementiert, da erst wenn der Agent läuft und somit die Softwareverteilung übernimmt, die OS-Installation als abgeschlossen angesehen wird.

Der Report hat damit nichts zu tun. Beim nächsten mal wenn das noch auf setup steht, muss man das setup auf none setzen, speichern und danach wieder auf setup setzen und noch mal speichern. Dann erkennt opsi, dass es eine neue Installationsanfrage ist. Vielleicht erklärt das dieses Verhalten.
