Server key from Debian to Ubuntu (SOLVED)

Hi,
Can someone tell me how which file i have to transfer the server key from a Debian server to an Ubuntu server?
I have some much problems with Debian 6 that i want to switch to Ubuntu (company standard).
Is it the opsiconfd.pem file?
Can I expect problems?
