Hi,

Is it possible to transfer my old server to a new server?

I created backup, but when i want to restore it i receive an error that says that system has been changed.

Old server was Debian 6.0. New server is Ubuntu 16.04

this shows a --force parameter, which might help with this. But why would one change from Debian to Ubuntu?

Hi loggenk,

look for 'migration', which will give you several threads on the topic.
you will have to state whether you want to restore backend and/or config.
you could use opsi-convert to transfer the backend to another server.
