config-win10 (4.0.7-2) in stable

Dear opsi users,

we hereby publish the config-win10 (4.0.7-2) package as stable.
One can configure various setting with config-win10. One of the new main features is the 'disable updates' property. When set to true connections to a Microsoft update server aren't possible. Therefore the system does not only prevent updates but also upgrades.
Please be aware that the disable option in the 'config_updates' property got removed due to this new property.
In addition we also added more possibilities to prevent Windows 10 to send your data somewhere unknown.
