Do you know how understand this error ?

lut 03 15:44:05.159 2016 -- Error in setSoftwareInfoPage: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: -1, Size: 2895
Repeat for few clients.

Hi,
I saw this message when I want to see software inventory.
OPSI config editor: Version 4.0.6.3.5.1 2015/09/18
OPSI service: 4.0.6.34
After re-audit the error is solved, how to avoid this error ?

Hi,
it seems to be a bug.
So the best way to avoid this is to make a bug report (in the forums) including steps on how to reproduce the problem (what settings are required to trigger the bug).

Hi,
Unfortunately, this error repeat and re-audit doesn't solve the problem.
For random client I couldn't see audit:
Where are precise logs ?
The process audit:
1. Click setup for hwaudit and staudit on-demand or silent_install.
2. Wait for result.
3. Change tab to
software inventory
4. See the problem.

Hi,
please look in your APPDATA-dir under configed. There should be a configed.log.
On the serverside you could check what the clients send.
Please check /var/log/opsi/opsiconfd/*ip_of_client_running_configed*.log
You may need to increase the loglevel - with at least 7 you will see debug output.
I notified our configed dev. He may have another idea or could build a fix.

Hi,
After audit I have a logs with 2,5K lines, do you need all ?
Logs = 7

Hi Matt,
did you check both locations for logs?
Please check if any errors are shown in the log.
If you have the server logs please check if you see any trace of error / failure in there.
If you have the configed.log at hand please post it anyway (maybe on some filehoster...) so our dev can have a look.

The situation could happen when I run more then 20 audits.

No need to worry about the message of the connection pool.
