New opsi produkts in 4.0.6 Testing

Dear opsi users,

we release several package fixes as testing.

We release the following packages as testing:
* opsi-client-agent (4.0.6.3-7) (SSL-Update und Fixes)
* hwaudit (4.0.6.1-4) (SSL-Update)
* opsi-winst/opsi-script (4.11.5.16-2) (SSL-Update)
