Hello,
I'm newbie in opsi and testing its capabilities to our company. We have windows 7 pro and 8.1 pro workstations here. I have stuck with strange problem with software inventory and Windows 8.1. When the swaudit is installed, it wont show any software that is installed in windows 8.1 box, but works just fine in windows 7 box. if you go to the software inventory, it only shows text no software audit data. Is there some tweaking that have to be done or how come it wont work as it works as windows 7? I tried to search from registery default key path that it uses to list software, but it did not find it ( I found some other thread that default is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall).
EDIT
I also found this error in the log file: Error on loading file: Unable to open file "c:\opsi.org\tmp\auditsoftwareOnClient_xxx.txt"
