Database empty

Hi,

We have a problem on the interface configuration OSPI.
We installed the client on fifty items that were visible on the interface.

For some time, we have nothing on the web interface while the data is still present on the server.
It is as if the database had been emptied.

Is there a known fault that causes this kind of error?

kind regards

Hi,

I don't know what you exactly mean with:

But one question: Have you changed the hostname of your opsi-server?

If not. Which task, was the last one before you get this situation? And which version of opsi, do you use?

I mean we have already inventory somes clients and we had some client in the opsi/configed interface.
Now we have nothing inside.

Before the problem, I create somes software installation packages.

My OPSI version is 4. How I can know the exact version.

Hi,

please tell the opsi server version, it can be taken from

/etc/opsi/version

and the opsi-configed version as is shown in the "about" menu item.

Where is it that you miss data? Is the client list empty, or miss you data in any data tab?

Regards,

Rupert

My OPSI version is 4.0.4.5 and opsi-configed version is 4.0.1.3

The client list is empty but I've all of my custom product package.

Hello nirale33,

the easy way to check is to directly query opsi via opsi-admin:

Code: Alles auswählen

opsi-admin -d method host_getObjects
If this does not show anything my next question is: what backend are you using?

With kind regards

Niko

Thx for your reply.
The command line show me many informations.

So I think my database is yet complete.
The problem is between the database and the opsi configed app.

The opsi configed app is still empty.

I was there a particular service that runs between the two?

Hello nirale33,

the configed connects directly to the opsi-server.
You configed version is quite old. Is there any reason for you to stick with that old version?
Otherwise I'd recommend an update of your configed.

With kind regards

Niko
