I have been playing around with this option and it is very straight forward. You boot from the cd or net and choose the option ntfs-write-image.
It copy all the content of the hardrive partiotion (#1) and dump it as an image in /var/lib/opsi/ntfs-images/ in your server.
Onces this is done (it may take a while) you only need to boot again from the cd in any machine (i have only tested it in the same modell machines) and choose the option ntfs-restore-image. It takes also a while but the image is mounted on the hard drive and it works perfectly!
I may add that before doing any of this i ran a disk defragmentation.
If you have any questions let me know....
Thanks for the help....
(English is not my first language so i apologize for any mistakes in the text)

Hello ebarriosjr,
good to hear that it works as you expected.
Small note: the products for writing / restoring ntfs-images will be replaced by an product that makes use of clonezilla and its features in the future.
With kind regards
Niko

Hello Esteban,

as usual it will be released wenn we have the feeling that it is stable enough
You can test the packages yourself and we would like to hear your feedback if you do so.
Because the product is not as simple as the ntfs-products you will find documentation in the usual places after the release.
In general you run the clonezilla-setup once in interactive mode, configure it to your needs and then look for the command created by the interactive mode. Copy that command to later reuse it from within opsi when running it in non-interactive mode.
With kind regards
