Can I monitor windows systems on public IP address

Hi,
Do I need a client to be registered on the windows system to be managed and Can OPSI be used to manage systems connected to broadband

- Yes a client has to be installed. But there are Tools to it for the whole network or parts of it
- Have look at the WAN extension

Could you please let me know from where do I download the client for Windows, as I was unable to find the same in the document and website.

If you have a opsi-server setup it has a samba/cifs share named opsi_depot where the opsi-client-agent is located

Hello,
I recommend reading through the
getting started document.
There is
a chapter that explains various approaches on deploying the agent in an existing environment.
The fastest approach on having opsi up and running is to use our
preconfigured virtual machine.
