Does Autocad 2012 support CUDA? I am doing some rendering and heard that with CUDA the gpu can do the work many times faster than the cpu. However, does Autocad 2012 support it? if not then what CAD does support it?

AutoCAD probably does not support cuda. It still is a single-threaded program.
Other CAD programs that support cuda.... well there are probably none. You'd get into a different category of programs, such as poser or nx.
