New jEdit version

Because I did not see the newest jEdit version included in the testing repository of version 4.0.4, I changed the package myself.

Changed:
- added some properties in properties file
- updated jEdit to 5.1.0
- moved files to directory files, and cleaned up a little
- dependency changed to java-runtime, because the javavm package is very outdated on my opsi
You might want to edit the changelog, and test it a little.

BTW, how does one edit the changelog with an automatic datestamp like that?

Hi,

I worked this day on a new version of the jEdit package which include 5.1 and a new syntax highlighting file for opsi-winst 4.11.4.
This version will be published together with the opsi-winst 4.11.4.3.
I will take a look at your version.
