Hallo zusammen,

auf einer frisch installierten Debian Squeeze Kiste bekomme ich bei der Installation gemäß Anleitung auf der Webseite im Zusammenhang mit der Installation der OPSI-Pakete aber auch beim manuellen Aufruf von opsi-setup --init-current-config folgende Fehlermeldung:

Auf einer Maschine mit Debian Lenny auf der die Installation von OPSI 4 korrekt funktioniert hat, kommt diese Fehlermeldung nun ebenfalls nach einem dist-upgrade auf Squeeze, wenn man opsi-setup --set-rights oder --init-current-config aufruft.

Hat jemand von euch eine Idee woran das hakt?

stell mal bitte auf das testing repository um update den Server und schaue ob das Problem noch auftritt.

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Ja in der Tat - als ich voller Verzweiflung den Beitrag erstellt habe, war ich wohl schon geistig umnachtet. Python und Perl verwechseln - Frevel!

Also ich habe nun alles was mit OPSI zu tun hat vom Server geworfen und darauf geachtet dass keinerlei Dateien die zu opsi gehören mehr auf dem Server sind. Dann habe ich die Pakete aus opsi40-testing installiert und bei der Installation des opsi-depotservers kam es zu folgender Meldung:

Hi,

das Problem scheint in diesem Fall von der smb.conf zu kommen. Irgendein Zeichen in der /etc/samba/smb.conf macht probleme, man sollte sich diese Datei mal genauer anschauen. Es kann auch helfen diese Datei weg zu sichern und das samba-Paket mit dpkg-reconfigure eine neue schreiben zu lassen. Natürlich nur wenn samba nur von opsi verwendet wird auf diesem Server.

jetzt komme ich mir wirklich dumm vor - naja das passiert wenn man sich in ein Thema zu sehr verbeisst. Die smb.conf hatte ich auch schon in Verdacht, konnte aber keine seltsamen Zeichen entdecken.

Ich habe jetzt einfach die smb.conf verschoben, eine leere smb.conf erzeugt und siehe da - alles in Ordnung.
