Hi,

I'm new to OPSI and wish to retrieve DELL Service Tag on my computers.
I know that this WMI request gives that information : Can someone tell me how to get Service Tag into OPSI inventory ?

Dell Service Tag is simply available via "hardware information", "BIOS" then "Serial Number"

this is correct. But we are working on a solution which will give you the Dell 'service express code' directly from the hardware inventory.
But this will take a while.....
