Hallo, alle zusammen

Bin absoluter Newbie und würde mich freuen, wenn mir hier jemand auf die Sprünge helfen könnte.

Ich möchte Office 2010 professional auf ca. 5 Rechnern verteilen. Klar könnte ich das auch per Hand tun, aber ich möchte einfach für zukünftige Installationen das ganze automatisiert ablaufen lassen und finde Opsi bisher eigentlich verständlich und für meine Zwecke einfach super.

Mir ist nur nicht ganz klar, was ich tun muss um Office installiert zu bekommen. Ich habe keine CD sondern nur die ausführbare .exe und den Lizenzkey. Die Installation soll unattended ablaufen.

Welche Schritte sind notwendig, um dies hinzubekommen.

Grundsärtlich solltest du dir wenigstens das Getting Started durchlesen und verstehen wie OPSI funktioniert und wie die einzelnen Komponenten zusammenarbeiten. Dazu hier ein paar Links:

Es stellt sich natürlich die Frage ob sich der Aufwand für 5 Rechner Lohnt.
Eine Softwareverteilung wie OPSI ist nicht mal eben so schnell eingerichtet sondern benötigt viel Einarbeitung, Pflege und Zeit.


Wenn es um Standardimages geht könntest du dir auch ein einfaches Installationsimage ( http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/libr ... s.10).aspx ) erstellen welches die benötigte Software dann schon beinhaltet.

Natürlich gebe ich Dir recht, dass es sich eigentlich für 5 Rechner nicht lohnt, aber für mich ist es auch entscheident, dass meine Kollegen sich in meiner Abwesenheit die Rechner neu installieren können und ich trotzdem weiß, welche Software dort installiert ist. Auch gibt es so die Möglichkeit schnell ohne weitere mal schnell ein 32 bit oder auch 64bit System aufzusetzen, ohne dass ich jedesmal das Image anpassen muss. So mache ich immer die Grundinstallation und die Patches werden über den WSUS nachgezogen.

Das getting Started und das Handbuch habe ich natürlich durchgelesen. Die Links, vor allen Dingen der letzte, den habe ich leider erst gefunden, nachdem ich die Frage gepostet hatte.

na gut ist natürlich deine Entscheidung
Anhand des Office Scriptes aus dem Wiki sollte das ganze relativ gut verständlich sein. Wichtig ist es halt WINST zu verstehen.

Dann ist WINST eine einfach zu nutzendes aber sehr mächtiges Werkzeug um Software zu installieren

Wenn du Fragen dazu hast frag ruhig wenns irgendwo klemmt.
Das Tutorial aus dem Getting Started zusammen mit dem WIKI sollte aber die meisten Fragen schon beantworten

Neben der grundsaetzlichen Einarbeitung in OPSI und die Winst-Steuersprache muss Office selbst vorbereitet werden, damit es bei Euch dann passt. Das ganze geht mit Optionen in der config.xml und/oder ueber eine MSP-Datei, die mit dem Anpassungsassistenten erstellt wird. Beide Optionen koennen kombiniert werden:

Vorbereitungen:

• Übersicht über alle Optionen bei Microsoft Technet: http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/libr ... 79099.aspx
• Anpassen der Installaton mit setup.exe /admin, Änderungen als MSP-File speichern
• Zusätzliche Sprachen in ProPlus.WW\config.xml einbinden

Installation in OPSI:

• Aufruf der unbeaufsichtigten Installationsroutine mit setup.exe /adminfile <ADMINFILE> /config <CONFIGFILE> (komplette Pfade angeben!)

Habe natürlich das "getting started" Handbuch gelesen und habe versucht die Installation von Office mit Hilfe des scriptes aus der Sammlung zu realisieren. Leider hat das nicht so funktioniert, wie es sollte. Ich habe die Pfade und die License Keys angepasst, aber kein Erfolg. Leider werde ich aus dem LOG auch nicht so richtig schlau.

Vieleicht kann mir da mal jemand helfen.

Ich habe mal die Log Datei, die config.xml und die setup.ins angehängt. Falls noch mehr Infos benötigt werden, kann ich die natürlich jederzeit liefern.

Hallo nochmal

Ich bin auch nochmal dem Hinweis mit der Erstellung einer MSP Datei nachgegangen. Um setup.exe /admin ausführen zu können muss das OAT von Microsoft installiert sein. Dieses setzt jedoch eine Volumenlizenz zwingend voraus. Diese liegt jedoch nicht vor. Gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit, das Tool einzusetzen ?

Hast du keine Volumenlizenz, bleibt dir nichts anderes übrig als die Responsedatei manuell zu erstellen:

Ich vermute stark, die config.xml, die du benutzt für Silent Setup ist fehlerhaft.
