new PC OS Install: NTLDR not found

Cheers,

I have a very strange prob now.

Any _new_ PC I integrate into opsi will stop working when first rebooted (after copying Windows Install files to disk) - saying :NTLDR not found.
Whatever I do, it will work in the second PXE - install Process.
I played around /w BIOS settings - first boot disk, first boot PXE. Nothing will change this.
Also, I can test only once per PC - which makes it even more difficult.
Did anybody every experience something like this ?

thanks

Andre

Hi,

are you testing on real-hardware or Virtual Clients? When you use Virtualization, which kind of?

Have a look in bootimage.log. Can you see errors in this log?

Have you more than one harddrives on the client?

Hi,

perhaps it could be useful to know what versions of opsi-packages you use.

The content of the bootimage.log from a run with the problem can be help in this case, please Check the log with a One that works.

Otherwise you can buy a support-contract to find a solution with a professional support.
