OPSI Netboot "no harddisks found"

Hallo,

habe folgendes Problem:

Und zwar wollte ich Windows 2008 (per Netboot) auf einen HP ProLiant DL380 G7 installieren. Jedoch bekomme ich nach dem "Hardware Audit" die Fehlermeldung "no harddisks found".
Auf diesem Server ist ein RAID 1 eingerichtet. Den RAID-Controller scheint er zu erkennen, da bei der Eingabe des Befehls "lspci" der Raid-Controller auftaucht (HP Smart Arrray) bzw. ein Arbeitskollege hat schon das nötige Modul integriert.

Wenn ich den Befehl "sfdisk -l" benutze erscheint auch kein Device.

Das zurückspielen auf ein älteres HP-Modell (DL380 G6) funktioniert. Auch auf nicht HP-Hardware geht es.
Problem ist aber das wir zu 95% diese HP-Serie einsetzen und wenn es damit nicht gehen würde, wäre für uns leider das Projekt OPSI gestorben.

Hallo,

ein neueres opsi-linux-bootimage aus http://download.opensuse.org/repositori ... 40-testing könnte helfen.
Wenn nicht, bitte die komplette bootimage log posten.

Hi Jan,

Tut mir leid das ich hier nicht mehr geantwortet habe. Hatte "damals" das zu dieser Zeit aktuelle experimentelle Bootimage ohne Erfolg getestet. Die Fehlermeldung war die selbe.
Und da 60. Server installiert werden mussten hatten wir das Projekt "Automatische Installation mit OPSI" erstmal sterben lassen.

Hatte nun zwischenzeitlich gesehen, dass es ein neues Bootimage gibt (20110829). Dieses habe ich nun auch getestet.

ERFOLGREICH!!!!!!!

Mit diesem Bootimage geht nun das installieren von Windows auch mit einem HP DL380 G7 Series. Die Platten werden nun erkannt.
Jetzt wird eine anderer Fehler, oder was es auch bedeuten soll, beim booten angezeigt, irgendwas mit Firmware Bug...bios unknown hw pmu .. oder so. Finde die Meldung leider nicht im Bootlog.
Das installieren bzw. das ausführen eines Netboot-Produktes funktioniert trotzdem.
