Hi,
I'm using ArchLinux and want to install opsi.
As there are no .tgz packages I've heard that I need to convert the .deb to .tgz using a tool like deb2tgz. (Or try something like dpkg).
I've searched this board, and there are three post mentioning ArchLinux and opsi so instead of starting from scratch and discovering all the pitfalls myself, I wonder if someone here can point me in the right direction or perhaps even post a PKGBUILD?
Ospi and ArchLinux
Re: Ospi and ArchLinux
Hi,
ArchLinux is not supported.
You may try to decompress the deb files and look for the pre- and post install scripts.
A lot of important things are calls to the opsi-setup program which might work with ArchLinux as well.
