opsi 4.0 updates

Dear opsi-users,

the following packages are stable now:

- opsi-winst 4.10.8.14
- opsi-client-agent 4.0-13
The netbootproducts for unattended os-installation win*.opsi
The netbootproduct memtest 3.5.b-1

The opsi-winst version fixed an error when calling 'opsiLicenseManagementEnabled'
This error exists probably since opsi-winst 4.10.8.9 (testing)

The major changes concerning opsi-client-agent:
- Revised and improved deinstallation-scripts
- Bugfixes in opsiclientd
- Adding all known depots as trusted share

The major changes concerning netboot products win*:
- Improvements for the driver integration and the addition of drivers in winpe

The netboot product memtest 3.5.b-1:
- contains an updated memtest
- fixed an error with the rights assignment in /tftpboot while the installation of the packet

The following packets have changed their state from experimental to testing:
- opsi-client-agent 4.0.1-3
This is a prereleased version of the following opsi 4.01 release
The changelog is already in work.
