Hi!

Ich versuche gerade auf einem frisch installierten Windows11 Professional 25H2 den opsi-client-agent-installer.exe bzw. primär das Tool oca-installation-helper.exe zu starten. Wenn ich z. B. letzteres starte (oca-installation-helper.exe --help) bekomme ich eine Exception.

- Was soll passieren?
Die Hilfe der Tools soll angezeigt werden.

- Was ist passiert
Ich bekomme folgende Exception:

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _ssl: Eine Anwendungssteuerungsrichtlinie hat diese Datei blockiert.

Zusätzlich meldet Windows, dass "Smart App Control einen Teil dieser App blockiert hat", hier die _ctypes.pyd und die libcrypto-3.dll.

- Betroffene Versionen:
oca-installation-helper.exe : 4.3.7.0
Python 3.14.7 mit OpenSSL 3.5.7 9 Jun 2026 ( python -c "import ssl; print(ssl.OPENSSL_VERSION)")
Windows11 Professional 25H2 (26200.9457)

Meine Vermutung ist, dass intern eine alte libcrypto-3.dll verwendet wird, die mittlerweile von Microsoft auf die Blackliste gesetzt wurde. Smart App Control auszuschalten ist keine Option.
