Start opsi after user login

Hi,
Is it possible to start opsi and install pending packages after the user is logged in to his session?
Indeed, when the user logs in to his session, he has no network, the network appears after the user is logged in, which is a problem, because the opsi agent starts when there is no network and therefore no packages are installed.
We do not have the WAN package and we would like to do without it.
Thanks in advance.
