What operating system and opsi version are you using for the opsi server?

The opsi services should normally be enabled automatically during the installation process.
You can enable them manually by running the following commands:

if the opsiconfd doesn't start properly or isn't running you should first check the opsiconfd.log on the server which is located in the /var/log/opsi directory
