The "save and execute" option in configed does not work. When the "setup" option for a product is selected and then "save and execute" is clicked, nothing happens on the clients' side. The action only occurs when "Trigger opsiclientd event > on_demand" is selected. This has been tested with multiple versions of configed. Here is the information:

win - opsi-configed Version 4.3.3.11 (2024-07-18)

With opsi 4.3 the "Save and execute" button performs the configured default operation.
By default this is "auto" meaning "timer" for WAN-clients and "on_demand" for non-WAN-clients.

If you want to always perform "on_demand" you can configure it as "opsiclientd.control_server.process_actions_event"
