Installtion Unsuccessful

Je me permets de vous contacter car je rencontre un problème avec votre solution. Actuellement, je suis en train d'étudier en cours votre solution OPSI, mais je n'arrive pas à installer l'agent client sur un PC. Pour résoudre ce problème, j'ai d'abord essayé de désactiver le pare-feu du poste. Ensuite, j'ai bien mis à jour les packages de configuration sur le serveur et j'ai testé différentes configurations, mais rien n'y fait : je n'arrive pas à installer le client. De plus, je ne trouve pas de logs dans le fichier C:\opsi.org\log. Pouvez-vous m'aider, s'il vous plaît?

I am reaching out to you because I am encountering an issue with your solution. Currently, I am studying your OPSI solution for a course, but I am unable to install the client agent on a PC. To address this problem, I first tried disabling the firewall on the computer. Then, I updated the configuration packages on the server and tested different configurations, but nothing seems to work: I am unable to install the client. Additionally, I cannot find any logs in the C:\opsi.org\log file. Could you please assist me?
