Probleme mit der /etc/opsi/modules

Hallo.
Habe den Opsi-Server laut Installations-Handbuch installiert. Nach dem ich zwei Clients per Preloginloader in den Opsi integriert habe, wollte ich hwinvent, hwaudit und swaudit installieren. Allerdings geschieht das nicht.
Im Log steht folgendes:

Liegt das daran, dass ich keine Freischaltdatei habe? Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann.
