opsipxeconfd: no bootimage was set

Hallo zusammen,

Bei der Betriebssysteminstallation scheint der Client nach dem Laden des Bootimages keine IP zu bekommen.

Hier die Meldung aus dem opsipxeconfd.log

Beim Client kommt dann immer die Aufforderung zur Eingabe einer IP-Adresse.
Trägt man die entsprechenden Informationen ein und versucht dern Vorgang forzuführen erscheint auch schon die nächste Fehlermeldung:

SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFNETMASK: No such device
Offensichtlich findet er die Netzwerkkarten nicht?!

Beim Abbruch der Installation und der anschliessenden Anmeldung an dem Client wird bei einem ifconfig auch nur der Loopback angezeigt.

Das entsprechende Device dürfte wohl dieses hier sein:
Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM57711E 10-Gigabit PCIe

Getestet wurden die Bootimages 2009-09-11-1 sowie 2009-12-15-1.

Hallo,

es kann sein, dass dieses Kernel-Modul nicht in das opsi-linux-bootimage integriert ist.
Wir erstellen gerne ein Angebot für die Anpassung.

Der Treiber ist im aktuellen Bootimage schon vorhanden.
Das Modul nennt sich bnx2x.
Wird diese Modul nicht geladen?

Tja,

den Eindruck hatte ich auch schon :D

Der Fehler bleibt nur leider bestehen. Habe auch ein anderes Bladecenter schon getestet um auszuschliessen, dass es das neue ist, aber daran liegts auch net. Weitere Ideen oder Ansätze?!

Bitte einmal am Client im Bootimage anmelden (Konsole/SSH) und die Ausgabe des Befehls
