version 4.4 available?

according to docker hub there's an image version 4.4.0.0 available.
Is that actually the newest version? Couldn't find anything about it here and it's over a year old

No, there was once a plan for version 4.4, and a CI system apparently created such a version at some point.
According to the current schedule, the next major release will be 5.0. Until then, 4.3 is the latest version.
