Hotfix release and support announcement

Dear opsis,

today we published new packages for opsi.

This release corrects bugs with the certificate validation prevent the opsi-configed to start:
* Login to a server with explicit specification of server port works again
* "Trust once" with the certificate validation works again
* Login error when user is not in opsi admin group

We also publish the opsi 4.3 server support for the operating system openSUSE Leap 15.6.
