Update (bug fix) opsi-script to version 4.12.6.2-3 in stable and testing

Dear opsi user,

unfortunately there was a bug in WaitForProcessEnding with opsi-script 4.12.6.1-3.
Not using WaitForProcessEnding in combination with TimeOutSeconds could cause problems in scripts that previously worked.

The bug has been fixed in the current version 4.12.6.2-3.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
