today we released the new opsi-client-agent version 4.1.1.16-2 and opsi-linux-client-agent version 4.1.1.6-1 for opsi 4.1 in Stable.
The main changes in opsi-client-agent are:
- opsiclientd was updated to 4.2.0.47
- Fixed logging problems of opsi-deploy-client-agent with opsi 4.1
- The opsiclientd binaries are now included as an zip-archive.
- Vcredist-2015 installation does not trigger a reboot.
- If an error occurs while moving the opsiclientd binary dir during installation, the directory is copied instead.
- Opsiclientd kiosk api can be deactivated completly by setting config opsiclientd.control_server.kiosk_api_active = false
- Obsolete configuration options are removed from opsiclientd.conf automatically.
- The caching mechanisms in WAN/VPN extension are more fault tolerant.
- opsiclientd was updated to 4.2.0.47

- opsi-deploy-client-agent supports deployment via ip address instead of a hostname.
- An error of opsi-deploy-client-agent in combination with non-root users whas been fixed.

- Obsolete configuration options are removed from opsiclientd.conf automatically.
- An installation error on UCS 4.4 has been fixed.
