New packages in 4.0.7 stable and testing

Dear opsi Users,

during the release of 4.0.7 some new bugs where found,
which we try to fix as fast as possible.

Als stable we publish today:

All Windows NT6 products, now as version 4.0.7.1-2.
The former products has an format error at the show_drivers.py

Als testing we publish today:

opsi-client-agent_4.0.7.4-2.opsi

Here you will find:
* a fix for the new opsi-kiosk-client (crash at empty action request)
* some fixes for the restore of opsi meta data from captured WIM images
