kannst du eine genaue Aussage dazu machen was emuliert wird?
Kann man das evtl. an HyperV einstellen / einsehen?

Im Hyper-V kann ich nur zwischen zwei Netzwerkkarten wählen, der "Standard" und der "älteren Netzwerkkart". Nachdem aber nur die "ältere" pxe-fähig ist, habe ich diese auf allen PC und Servern eingestellt. Somit kann ich nur sagen, daß es sich um einen Intel-21140-basierten PCI-Fast-Ethernet-Adapter handelt. Bei einem installierten Windows sagt er: Microsoft Hyper-V-Netzwerkadapter und in Ubuntu ist er überhaupt nicht gesprächig lshw und lspci werfen keine Bezeichnung ein.

vieleicht kann ich da weiterhelfen.
Ich habe mehrere Debian Server auf meinem Windows Server 2012 R2.
Bis gestern hat die Installation wunderbar funkioniert. Nun habe ich aber gerade auf die neueste OPSI-Version upgedatet und habe dasselbe Problem festgestellt.

PXE-Boot funktioniert gurndsätzlich aber es werden keine IP-Adressen usw. ausgefüllt.
Wenn ich die Installation dort abbreche und mich am PXE-Linux anmelde, werden keine Netzwerkkarten angezeigt.
Ifconfig zeigt nur das Loopback-Device.

Ich hoffe das hilft und es gibt bald eine Lösung.

PS: Gibts die Möglichkeit, dass der Boot mittels PXE etwas mehr auf den Bildschirm schreibt (verbose)? Sonst meint man, dass der Rechner hängt.

2. ist der kernel Treiber der Netzwerkkarte ab Kernel 3.19 kaputt.

3. bald gibt es ein experimentelles Hyper-V Bootimage

in der Datei tftpboot/linux/pxelinx.cfg/install und install-x64 den Parameter quiet in der Append Zeile löschen, dann gibt es Kernel meldungen.

Habs gerade getestet und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Hab gerade meinen nächsten Linux-Server aufsetzen lassen.

Er kommt bis:

Lösche Partitionstabelle auf /dev/sda
Create system partition
Erstelle Partition (start: OM, ende: 125048M, dateisystem: ntfs, typ: primary, boot: False, lba: False) auf Festplatte /dev/sda
Partition /dev/sda1 has a correct block alignment
Create file system ntfs on partition system (/dev/sda1)

... und da bleibt er stundenlang stehen Die Logs geben nichts her

Ubuntu 14.04.3 über die Experimental-Schiene upgedatet

Was mir aufgefallen ist: Bei der Hardwareinventarisierung findet er:
Disk /dev/sda is rotational (Classic HD)
obwohl eine SSD eingebaut ist. Könnte dies aufgrund der Virtualisierung sein? Und viel wichtiger kann das die Ursache sein? Und viel viel wichtiger: Falls ja, wie kann ich es lösen?

eine Kernel panic unter dem 32bit Bootimage aus.
Unter dem 64Bit Bootimage läuft die Installation durch.

EDIT: Ein temporärer Workaround wäre alles was auf 64bit umzubiegeb beim PXEBoot wenn es um die reine Windows Installation geht
