All Samsung SSD with the lastest firmware (EVO 840 - Evo 850 Pro) not working
The new SSD disk is a Micro M550 (mtfddak128may)

Much of the installed base is equipped with a Samsung SSD EVO...

If it then still does not work I'd like to have a look at the bootimage.log of one of those clients.
