Updates for release 4.0.5 part 1 (status testing)

Dear opsi user,

today we release some updates for release 4.0.5 part 1 (status testing).

There are some small fixes (that partly have been discussed in the Forum thread of the first testing release - thanks for testing!).

modified components are:
- most of the netboot products for OS installation (Windows / Linux).
- opsi-winst
- all the released server packages

Also the documentation is renewed.

In addition to the already released distributions the server packages also are released for:
- Ubuntu 14.04
- SLES 11 SP3

The administrators of
- UCS 3.0, 3.1, 3.2
- SLES 11 SP1
– CentOS 7
still need to have some patience, for the work on these distributions is not finished yet. We make every effort to release these packages as soon as possible.

We plan to release the current testing version as stable within a short time.
