Inventarisierung mit dem Produkten hwaudit & swaudit

Ich habe folgendes Problem beim einbinden von Clients:

wenn ich versuche über den opsi configuration Editor / Produktkonfiguration
z.B. hwaudit oder swaudit an einen ausgewählten Client zu verteilen
bekomme ich immer ein failed (Setup) in Report angezeigt und unter den Logdateien steht folgendes:

meiner ansicht nach ist die nachfolgende fehlermeldung aussagekraeftig:

anscheinend hat der user "pcpatch", welcher vom client fuer den zugriff auf das depot verwendet wird, nicht die notwendigen rechte. ggf. wurde das passwort dieses benutzers nicht an samba weitergegeben? ich wuerde versuchen hier anzusetzen.

pcpatch hatte meinen ubuntu User nicht drin
und hatte so auch keine Rechte.
User hinzu genommen und schon darf ich alles verteilen

Ich bekomme dieselbe Fehlermeldung (Zugriff verweigert). Ich habe das pcpatch-Passwort mehrfach gesetzt und die obigen vier Befehle ausgeführt, aber es ändert sich nichts. Der User, mit dem ich mich am configed angemeldet habe und die Software verteilen möchte, ist in den Gruppen pcpatch und opsiadmin. Der User pcpatch ist nur in der Gruppe pcpatch. Bloß woher weiß Samba jetzt von ihm? Wenn ich der Doku glaube, wird das Passwort durch "opsi-admin -d task setPcpatchPassword" an Samba durchgereicht, richtig?

Ich nutze Opsi 4.0.4 und Samba 4.1.5.

Es wäre toll, wenn jemand einen Tipp für mich hätte!

Ich weiß leider nicht, was ich jetzt tun muss, damit meine Installation mit cifs (oder was sonst?) funktioniert. Kann das was mit den Zugriffsproblemen zu tun haben?

Hallo,

du nutzt samba 4, dass ist momentan dein Problem. Samba 4 funktioniert nicht mehr wie samba 3, zumindest in einigen Teilen nicht. Du musst als erstes dafür sorgen, dass der User nicht mit der Gruppe pcpatch angelegt wird. Opsi unterstützt samba 4 momentan nur zusammen mit UCS, lese dir mal das UCS Kapitel aus dem Getting Started durch. Dort steht, was wir Grundsätzlich ändern mussten, damit samba4 unterstützt wird. Diese Schritte musst du auch einem nicht UCS-System manuell machen.
