opsi 4.0.1 updates in testing

Dear opsi-User,

we released following packages in testing.

The opsi-packages opsi-client-agent and opsi-winst include fixes and a securityfix of the openssl-library: http://www.openssl.org/news/secadv_20120419.txt.

If no data typ is given reg_sz will be used as default
