in log i have errors:

Error: retrieveJSONObject --- opsi service problem ---{"message":"(1062, \"Duplicate entry 'FileManager.GetLastActiveDesignViewRepresentation throw COMExcep' for key 'PRIMARY'\")","class":"IntegrityError"}

Can anybody know wath could be wrong?
