opsi 4.0 updates

Dear opsi users,

we published the following opsi-products:

As testing:
- opsi-client-agent_4.0-13.opsi (from 2011/01/28 see here below))
and
- opsi-winst 4.10.8.14
This version fixes an error calling 'opsiLicenseManagementEnabled'
This error exist probably since opsi-winst 4.10.8.9 (testing)

opsi-client-agent (4.0-12) testing; urgency=low

* opsigina.dll 1.3
- prevent gina chain loop (NextGina = opsigina.dll)
- read config from HKLM\Software\opsi.org\opsi-client-agent with fallback to ..\preloginloader
* opsiclientd 4.0.25: Close socket in HTTP
