Manual Install or Mass Deployment

Hi Guys,

I am currently evaluating the product with the additional modules but unable to mass deploy to a selected machines

After installing it manually, I cannot see the machine on the opsi config editor

I think its something to do with the authentication but didn't see the settings that i need to add while deploying the agent

Is there a set on instructions that one can use to setup opsi from start to finish. I am already using "http://download.uib.de/opsi4.0/doc/opsi ... v40-en.pdf" or "http://download.uib.de/opsi_stable/doc/ ... ble-en.pdf" but haven't seen the right settings

All i need to show for now is how to deploy the agent from the opsi server or when manually installing how do I get the device to talk to the server and appear in the console

Thanks for the information. Clearly I misread the information on the chapters above

I do have a question through. When i try and execute an action from the opsi config editor I get the error below:

[OpsiclientrdAuthenticationError] Forbidden: Invalid credentials

Hi,

Have you got any instructions for upgrading the client. I see that the file has a .opsi ext but I couldn't locate any other files with this extension
