Do I need to purchase the licence plugin to get the installed keys listed out of software inventory +
to be able to activate-office with just a key as property ?

No.
Both parts can be used independent from the License Management.

- Cause the last open source version of the key-finder which we use in swaudit dont recognize them.

- Anyway the legal bearings for searching microsoft keys are not clear, so we decided not to search for them anymore in swaudit

Conclusion:

One has to keep track of license keys otherwise.

So there is no way to read out any software key using the sw.inventory ?

Don't get that > One has to keep track of license keys otherwise.

U mean someone has to do it manually ?

Hi,

You can read out any key that the version of the keyfinder we use is able to handle.
You could use a newer version. We just can't provide a newer version because of legal reasons.
Or you could use a totally different software to read the desired keys. The API that opsi uses is open and as long as the data is in the formats required by the API things are possible.

You could do that manually but depending on how much clients you manage I personally would rather not do this ;)
As mentioned above integrating with different software is possible.

iirc this is based on Enchanted Keyfinder.
