Debian 11 SLES15-3 and Leap 15-3 in opsi 4.2 stable alon with other stable/testing updates

wait time is over.
Debian 11 is officially supported by opsi 4.2 in stable. In Addition the opsi4.2 stable support is also given with SLES 15-3 and openSUSE Leap 15-3.
Important notices for this release
In WAN/VPN mode the opsi-client-kiosk uses now the cache and connect not directly to the opsi-server/depot. Thus for clients in WAN/VPN mode the opsi-client-kiosk might behave slightly different as before.
The today released linux netboot packages in opsi 4.1 require opsi-linux-bootimage-20210818-2 and opsi-linux-client-agent 4.2.0.1-1 or newer.
