ATA BIOS Setting (Solved)

We have a lot of machines that were setup with GHOST prior to me converting our process to OPSI, they had to set the BIOS settings to ATA for the hard drive to get GHOST to work but now we are using OPSI and the boot image has problem working with the ATA setting. I found the parameters like

acpi=off
noapic
irqpoll
reboot=bios

Is there a global setting that I can change for the boot image to get it to work with ATA so that we don't have to change each BIOS setting on each PC?

We ended up having to select acpi=off in the host configuration on this model of computers to get them to properly boot and deploy windows. There also seems to be a BIOS upgrade the also fixes the issue.
