we declare some updates for opsi 4.0.3 as stable resp. as testing.

* opsi-configed
** Bugfixes refreshing presentation
There was a bug in the opsi management interface concerning the refreshment of the products table. It wasn't always automatically refreshed when an action was initiated.
This bug is fixed now.
Furthermore a bug concerning the alphabetic sorting of hyphenated product names is fixed. They will be alphabetically sorted even if two product names differ only in the hyphenate.
The product table will be loaded with a new opsiconfd-request, with better performance.
The presentation of instlog files has changed. The new winst feature to mark a product installation as an event type can be used optimal.
