client's hw and sw inventory not showing in opsi-configed

Hello

I have created one user using the "create opsi client" menu from the opsi-configed and the client is showing in the client list ; I have selected the "product configuration" tab , then on the lines "hwaudit" and "swaudit" , I have set "setup" using left mouse click . ;then saved the new action with a click on rightmouse button and selecting save . Then rebooted the PC , but the hwaudit and swaudit didnot start .

For configuration of how the opsi-server gets the Client's IP-Address , p.no 29/83 , item # 3.4 , currently I have set resolveHostAddress = True and Update ip = no ; I have set resolveHostaddress to False and Update ip to yes ; stll the same result : the error is : centos.uib.local opsi timeout error : Timed out after 15 seconds ( [Error no 103 ]) Software caused connection abort ) .
