Password protection measures on Windows Clients

I need to apply certain settings to non-domain systems on a remote site, namely

1. Min Password Length
2. Password History
3. Max Password Age
4. Account Lockout threshold
5. Screensaver policy

I'm looking at the config-win10 and microsoft-windows-policies and can't see those settings in there (let me know if i've missed the settings).

Does anyone know of a script or package already setup to configure those settings or do I need to look at creating my own script/package to apply the settings?
