opsi 4.3 - hotfix - 13.2

Dear opsi community,

we are pleased to announce the official release of the latest version of opsi today.

With this release, we are fixing an issue with the opsiconfd dependencies on UCS.
In addition, errors in opsi-configed have been fixed.

Version 4.3.19.5 of opsi-configed fixes two bugs:

- The window for creating clients can now be reopened if it was previously closed.
- All data is now saved correctly when multiple data items have been changed in the host configuration or in the product properties.
