Dear opsi users,
today we published new packages for opsi.
# opsi-client-agent
The current opsi-client-agent fixes some bugs and a security vulnerability and should be installed on all devices as soon as possible.
# opsi-cli
The new version of opsi-cli now verifies the certificate of the opsi-configserver.
When installing opsi packages via `opsi-cli package install`, URLs can now also be used as the source.
If the source file is an archive, it is automatically searched for opsi packages.
This means that you can now install opsi packages from any admin machine with just one command.
For example:
`opsi-cli package install https://opsipackages.43.opsi.org/stable ... 0.3-1.opsi`
The new opsi-cli version is no longer compatible with opsi 4.2!
# opsi-configed 4.3.3.16-1
The new opsi-configed now downloads all CA certificates and not only the opsi CA certificate.
For saving the CA certificate the opsi-configed now uses the same folder as opsi-cli.
Previously used CA certificates will be copied automatically to the new folder.
On top of that, some bugs have been fixed:
* Netboot and Localboot product states are now deleted correctly
* Nullpointerexception occurring on unexpected entries in the config "configed.host_actions_disabled" is now solved
* The link to our support page in the help menu has been fixed
# opsiconfd
The new opsiconfd contains some bug fixes and optimizations.
The network bandwidth used by the server is now recorded in a new metric and displayed in Grafana.
# mint22
we hereby release the Linux Mint 22 support on the client side.
# debian
With the debian netboto package released today it is now finally possible to install the current Debian 12 (bookworm) release.
# l-opsi-server
A bug has been found when a system does not habe the package lsb_release installed. This bug had broken repository addresses as a result. It is now fixed.
