Re: efibootmgr streikt auf HP ProBook 450 G9
Ich habe eben archlinux 2022-07-01 vom Stick gestartet und dort den efibootmgr-Befehl 1:1 eingegeben - hat anstandslos geklappt. Beim Reboot wird auch von der "opsitempwinpe"-Partition gestartet und das Setup fortgeführt. (Ob es durchläuft, weiß ich noch nicht.)
Für mich sieht das nun noch viel mehr danach aus, als würde eine Komponente des Systems vom Bootimage nicht richtig erkannt. Arch Linux dürfte von der Hardwareerkennung her auf dem neueren Stand sein als das Bootimage.

So, das PE-Setup ist dann einwandfrei gelaufen und der Rest der Installation dann auch. Was nach dem Aufruf von "efibootmgr" im Bootimage noch alles passiert und durch den Abbruch nicht "erledigt" wurde, weiß ich natürlich nicht.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe hier auch gerade ein ProBook 450 G9 vor mir.
Leider taucht die Fehlermeldung bei Verwendung des Bootimages aus dem Experimental immer noch auf (auch bei acpi=off oder / und noapci).

wie sieht es denn derzeit bei euch Terminlich aus?
Ich hab ein (mehrere) HP Elitebooks 840 auch in gen 9 mit dem gleichen Fehler, incl. experimental Bootimage, das könnte ich mal nach Mainz schicken...
