I need the bootimage log for debugging this.

This should be in /var/log/opsi/bootimage/fqdn.of.your.client.log

If it is that important for you I'd recommend contacting us through a support contract.

first off all a log helps debugging a lot of problems.

If you have a test environment and would like to test the current experimental bootimage, you can find it here
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show ... -bootimage

is uses Ubuntu 14.04 as its base with a 4.1 Kernel. Therefore it should also add hardware compatability.

If you test it with the new bootimage I would be happy to get some feedback and a log if something fails.
